Packaging, Dispatch & Lead Times


We offer delivery to Mainland UK for all mirror and glass products. We can also deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands. Deliveries outside Mainland UK are assessed on a case by case basis depending on logistics. We aim for all orders to be delivered within 10- 15 working days of the order being placed, although some bespoke products may take longer. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

When placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full delivery address details, including an accurate postcode of the delivery address and your daytime contact telephone number(s) and an up to date e-mail address so that we can notify you of dispatch and delivery date and in the event of a delivery problem.

Once the glass is ready it is quality checked by a member of our production team. If there are any delays in processing your order, a member of the team will be in touch. The majority of our glass products are shipped out via DX Couriers and estimated lead times (manufacture and delivery) are listed below. We do advise you don’t arrange for fitting to commence until after you have safely received your goods; transport problems or damage in transit may cause unforeseen delays that we cannot accept liability for. If your order should include glass we ask that this is checked for defects or scratches on the day of delivery as we are unable to take responsibility if we have not been notified in writing or email on the day of delivery.

Packaging & Dispatch

We've also figured out a thing or two about getting your glass to you in one piece. Just ask our customers! They'll tell you the packaging is perfect to keep glass safe throughout its journey. Your order is securely dispatched via next day delivery where possible. Our glass is packaged and strapped and secured well in Cardboard containers before dispatch. Once the glass is quality checked, the glass is also bubble wrapped and protected with thick foam padding to ensure it is delivered undamaged.

Our Product Range


Couriers & Tracking

We use specialist couriers to deliver our glass and have a success rate of 97% packages arriving undamaged. There are the occasional breakages in transit, which we endeavour to turn run a remake in a timely fashion. Once the glass is dispatched you will receive a text message from the couriers with tracking information (if you have provided a mobile number on checkout). You will be able to monitor your delivery with shipping company. Another text message will also be sent on the day the package is out for delivery with the driver. We us a 1-3 working day delivery service. Often the glass is delivered the following day. However, any time or date for delivery stated by the Company shall be treated as an estimate only. No liability can be accepted by the Company for failure to deliver within any specific time period. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions or abnormal traffic restrictions.

If you are not going to be present to accept delivery and you wish the goods to be left unattended, please notify us prior to delivery in writing (post, email or fax) or leave a signed note in a secure place to this effect. We cannot take liability of damage or parcels going missing if this is requested. Other Delivery Information

Our specialist courier company drivers may request your assistance in getting sizable items to your property. Please notify us as soon as possible if this will be a problem. The drivers are not permitted to carry your order upstairs and our contract is to deliver the item into the nearest internal safe position (except where an item has been requested to be left outside).
